Rabbi Levi Feldman, renowned teacher, educational consultant, coach, and workshop facilitator, is passionate about ensuring that each student thrives and reaches their maximum potential. Every student can succeed; it is the sacred task and art of teachers to ensure this outcome. This is the guiding principle which Rabbi Feldman brings to his classroom, consultations, and one-on-one coaching.

His approach includes keen sensitivity to the individual, within the context of an unequivocally structured and smoothly running classroom. The rapport which he develops with each student, as well as the positive and stimulating environment he creates in his classroom, is a hallmark of his unique style. His success is measured by academic, social and emotional assessments, as well as by student and parent feedback.

 

Rabbi Feldman began his teaching career in Tzfat Israel in 2005 at Yeshivas Tzeirei Hashluchim. Upon returning to the U.S., he received his Rabbinical ordination while teaching at local schools.  In 2010, he accepted an eighth-grade teaching position at the Educational Institute Oholei Torah, in Crown Heights, Brooklyn (the Yeshiva which he attended in his youth), where he feels compelled to make a difference.

As a skilled educator, Rabbi Levi Feldman consistently seeks to educate himself in order to implement the best educational practices. He has completed many seminars and programs, including Ohel’s Teacher Training on Mental Health, Petach’s Teacher Training, and the JNTP Teacher Mentoring Program. He directed the Teacher Coaching Program at the Menachem Education Foundation and he mentors teachers all over the world.

 

Rabbi Feldman takes his expertise to a global audience by way of his annual summer  webinars. These provide intensive training for teachers.

Teachers, both seasoned and new, benefit from his consultations as well as his school visitations across the country. His workshops, both online and in-person, have provided the tools to empower over 2550 teachers throughout the United States, and beyond. His foundational philosophy is creating a major ripple effect of change within hundreds of classrooms through the dissemination of carefully developed techniques that are implemented by teachers around the world on a daily basis.

Rabbi Feldman is driven to share his success with his colleagues and to support them in the field of Chinuch. His method, based on real live experience in the classroom, provides teachers with clearly defined step-by-step strategies, so that they can create a caring, exciting and structured environment.  He also gives them the tools to prevent or defuse confrontations and defiance in the classroom in a most effective way. He continues to be on the forefront, paving the way for excellence in teaching and success for every student.
