Chinuch is no simple occupation. It is an awe-inspiring and rewarding task which comes along with its own host of sensitive situations for which skills, both basic and complex, are needed in order for a teacher to achieve maximal success in the classroom.  Rabbi Feldman meets with educators in their schools to offer countless techniques, along with transmitting his belief that every staff member involved in the work of education can continue to climb higher and create long-lasting change in the lives of those under their loving care.
